Sharing my vision of dancing tango from a simple and pleasant way of going through it, trying to get you to your own dance as a starting point to share it with another person in an embrace. Also teaching and sharing classes of Milonga and Vals, with their technique and particularities. Very beautiful rhythms to learn and deepen.
Since 2011 researching and teaching together with Roxana Umpierr and then with other friends, this new discipline born from the encounter of Argentine tango and Contact Improvisation. Bringing principles from both dances, we explore many new possibilities of dancing within an embrace, dancing with different musical pieces, dancing in trios, quartets, etc, adding tango steps to a free exploration brought by CI and so on. The result is a space of free movement and exploration fully supported by tango and CI technique, which bring great qualities to the dances. You are invited to bring your own colour to the dance.
Queer tango is a space of a very special tango, free, with respect and consent, with roles not associated to gender. Chosen and democratic roles. The technique of tango and its music at the service of creating the dance really between the two people, constantly listening to each other.
